Who

We are a local HVAC design and install contractor for the commercial sector of our industry and an approved contractor for numerous County Council’s and Local Authorities in the South, and the NHS
Edgar & Wood Mechanical Services Ltd was incorporated in August 1990. The company was formed by Mr D.B.Wood and Mr A.D.Edgar who between them have over 50 years experience in the industry as installers and contract managers. To this day we continue to be a family run business.

WHAT

Due to the nature and size of our contracts, on many occasions we act as the main contractor under the guide line of the CDM regulations and having the responsibility of co-ordinating and monitoring other trades and sub-contractors which is essential to meet our clients requirements.
HVAC design services involve the planning and engineering of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring comfortable and healthy indoor environments. These services encompass everything from load calculations and equipment selection to ductwork design and system layout.

WHERE

Our company is situated in Southwick, by the coast on the East-West Sussex border. This puts us in a prime position, enabling us to cover a large area of the southeast from our main office. We cover an area of up to a 100 mile radius, East-West and northwards up to the Thames.
